Finally..almost all the street lights that are malfunction have been repaired by the developer especially on row 7/11, 7/13 and 7/15..Thanks to Mr Vice President I, En Roslee for helping us to follow up with the developer on this issue..

On last 13th April 2012, we had a collaborative activity among the committee to repair the fence in our neighborhood..This is a proactive action taken by our committee to make sure our area is safe..

Hi all..We would like to inform you that we have provided one email for our resident so that it can be used to email us about any suggestion or complaints on our area..

On last 13th April 2012, we had our 1st AJK committee meeting that has been held @ Mr President's house..
Below are the attendee during the meeting..

Treasurer 1 : Mr Kenny
AJK Committee Chief : Mr Ramli
AJK Committee : Mr Azman, Mr Mak
Advisor : Mr Krishnan
Below are the notes from the meetings :
1) From the last Community meeting, there are 57 residents that have managed to pay a fee of RM100 for the community fees (RM50 for the 1st month of Security fee + RM40 for community fund + RM10 for Lavender Terrace membership fee)
2) From reports made to the developer, 3 "lubang tikus" were successfully repaired and still awaiting for another 4 to be repaired
3) From reports made to the developer for street lights that are malfunction, they mentioned to us that they are still awaiting for the parts and this will be on follow up by the Committee
4) AJK committee also discussed on the minutes of previous meeting, had been agreed by all committee members and approved by the President and Vice President II
5) AJK committee has also agreed to have a visit from house to house to inform about the security during the weekend
The meeting ended around 1.20am.

.: Lavender Community Meeting @ SMK Puchong Prima :.
Yesterday 8th April 2012, we had our 1st Lavender Community meeting @ SMK Puchong Prima hall..We had a good respond on the participant who had came for the meeting..
During the meeting, all the residents have been briefed about the security in our area and there are Q&A session with members of the committee on the various concerns of residents..
We also had selected a committee member of our residents during the meeting..Below are the list of our committee that have been appointed during the day :

Apart from that, we also appointed two people to represent each phase to join our AJK committee. Below are the list of representative :

Type C : Mr Hairul & Mr Shanman
Type D/E : Mr Kent & Mr Abd Hafiz
We really hope that with the appointment of a committee member of the population in our area will help to ensure that all activities that have been arranged will be going well, especially for establishing security in the our area..
